Statement of Interest

A late 18th century 2-storey 3-bay building typical of that period of building in Eglinton Street, No 45 is however one of the plainer examples. The glazing has been altered in the mid 19th century (most likely from 12-pane sashes), with the introduction of larger sheets of glass, though the timber frames are probably original and have had their astragals 'knocked out'.
