B group with 5, 7, 9, 2 and 12 The Strand. The building is listed for its prominent corner position at the foot of The Strand in the centre of the town. The chimneystack is also a distinctive feature. The single window at 1st floor level of the Strand elevation would appear (from photographic evidence) to be a later insertion.
