Description

Circa 1910. Arts and Crafts manner. Single storey over
basement, 5 wide bays, asymmetrical U-plan with outer bays
projecting. Harled decorative timber frame detailing to
gables, ashlar dressings; deep ashlar base course and
battered angle buttresses. Centre projecting gabled porch
with round-headed, key-stoned doorway flanked by
tripartites. Single window in centre of west gable;
paired windows east gable with centre corbelled and
shaped stack. Cusped heads within window frames; Art
Nouveau detailing to glazing.
Central ridge squat octagonal clock turret leaded ogee
roof with finial and weather-vane. Fish scale slate roof.
