Terrace house, now shop with accommodation over. c1716, with late C19 and C20 alterations.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar with pantile roof.
PLAN: Narrow double depth plan, with gabled front.
STYLE: Classical.
EXTERIOR: Three storeys, four windows above shopfront. Shopfront has late C19 hood on delicate brackets, but front below C20 with plain stall-riser, plate glass with two small panes above, partly glazed door. First floor has four windows in architrave surrounds, plate glass sashes with horns, left hand one blind. Continuous cornice above. Second floor repeats, but has four shorter windows. Cornice, small gable, rubble stack heightened in ashlar, with pots.
INTERIOR: Not inspected. Green Street was laid out in 1716, and this house is likely to have been built shortly afterwards.
