Terrace house. c1800 with C20 alterations.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, now painted, to front, side and rear elevations not visible, pantiles to roof with coped gable wall with ashlar stack to left.
EXTERIOR: Two storey, two-window range. First floor has two six/six sashes in plain reveals with band course over ground floor forming sill band with continuous wrought iron balconette. Ground floor has to left eight/eight sash in plain reveal with stone sill, to right six-panel door with flush, beaded and glazed panels in timber architrave with C20 three-pane overlight.
