Formerly known as: Nos 10-22 (consec) & No.1 Belvedere Place MORFORD STREET. Shop with accommodation over, now flats. c1775-1789, converted c1980.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar with pantile roof.
EXTERIOR: Three storeys and attic. Ground floor has projecting shopfront of c1980. Ashlar stallriser supports two five/four shop windows of early C19 type, central entrance and plain fascia. Six-panel house door to right blocked internally. First floor has Venetian window with six/six-sash flanked by four/four, iron balconette. Upper floor window same but without arched head to central light. Cornice, parapet, mansard roof with double six/six dormer with flat top, stack to left. Rear elevation not seen.
