House set back from road to left end of Walcot Terrace. c1790 with C20 additions.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, roofs unseen with moulded stack to the left.
PLAN: Double depth plan.
EXTERIOR: Two storeys, three-window front. Coped parapet, cornice, first floor sill band, ground floor platband and plinth. C20 door to right of centre, six/six-pane sash windows with low sills, paired to left.
INTERIOR: Not inspected.
HISTORY: A building is shown here on Harcourt Masters's 1793 plan of Bath.
