Row of houses, now flats, on corner with Church Street. Mid C18 with C20 alterations.
MATERIALS: Limestone rubble with freestone dressings and quoins, steeply pitched pantile mansard roof with C20 dormers and stone slates to lower courses of Nos 29-31, hipped to west corner with moulded stacks to party walls and gable ends.
PLAN: One and two-unit plans.
EXTERIOR: Two storeys and attics. C20 windows and doors. No.28 to left has pitched roof and projecting range to left. No.29 has edge roll and semicircular lead-covered timber hood to doorway. No.31 to corner has timber lintel extending approx 6m from corner to left over window, and spanning right return over paired windows.
INTERIORS: Not inspected.
