House in row. Early C19.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, double Roman tile roof.
PLAN: Compact symmetrical villa with double roof and some rear extensions.
EXTERIOR: Three storeys, two wide-spaced windows, all four-pane sashes in splayed surrounds, first floor has paired sash with flush mullion, and single sash. Central door panelled and part glazed, under flat lead canopy on wrought iron standards, formerly full width tent verandah, still visible as mark on ashlar. Platband above first floor, cavetto cornice and parapet. Stacks to each of coped double gable ends. Rear has four-pane sashes, including stair window, and extra stack on northwest corner. Single storey lean-to range runs across back and returns in wing.
