House. c1785-90.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, slate mansard roof with dormer and moulded stack to left gable end.
EXTERIOR: Two-bay, three storey block to left, single bay two storey continuation to right. Taller section with six/six pane sash windows, continuous sill bands to upper floors which extend to right, coped parapet, cornice, frieze and mansard roof with dormer; stack to left. Elliptical arched doorway to right, with cobweb fanlight and six-panel door with margin lights. Single six/six-pane sash window to first floor right. Windows retain some crown glass. Ground floor painted. Railings in front of taller part of front.
INTERIOR: Not inspected.
Bath Preservation Trust Interiors Survey reports presence of stone stair with square rails and mahogany handrail, Neoclassical plaster cornices, original doors, wooden fireplace surrounds (some grates inserted 1976), basement with wine store, coal store with shute.
