Terrace house, now flats. c1775 converted C20.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar to front, rubble to basement, rubble with ashlar extension off staircase to rear; double pile parapeted mansard roof, Welsh Slate to front, to rear double Romans to upper slope, Welsh Slate to lower, with coped party wall to left with two ashlar stacks with some early clay pots.
EXTERIOR: Three storeys, attic and basement; three window front. First floor has three plate glass horned sashes in splayed reveals with stone sills; second floor has three similar windows. Ground floor has to left two two/two sashes in splayed reveals with stone sills, to right six panel door with flush, fielded and glazed panels with cast iron knocker in pedimented Doric doorcase; pennant paved crossover flush with pavement with wrought iron footscraper. Basement has two six/six horned sashes, to left in plain reveal, to right in splayed reveal, with stone sills, C20 door under crossover. Enlarged dormer with plate glass horned sash and C20 window. Moulded eaves cornice and coped parapet. Lead hopperhead at eaves to left. Rear elevation, partially visible, has C19 and C20 windows, lead hopperhead at eaves to left.
INTERIOR: Not inspected. Staircase to rear.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: Attached wrought iron railings and gate with shaped heads on limestone bases.
