House with shop at end of terrace. Mid C18, refenestrated mid C19.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, painted to lower floors, slate roof.
EXTERIOR: A one bay house with high mansard roof, the frontage probably reconstructed in the C19. Three storeys and attic; a paired twelve pane sash dormer is probably of the earlier build, above large four pane sashes at second and first floors, with a modern slightly bowed eighteen pane display window in reeded pilasters with fascia and cornice. To the right a 6-panel fielded door under a heavy slab hood on shaped brackets, and with a cast iron footscraper to its right. Deep platband over first floor, cornice, blocking course and parapet, with high coped gables; large shared stack to the left.
