Bridge. Designed in 1843 by Edward Haycock. Dressed stone single segmental arch of 6 metres span, projecting string course, snecked rubble upper part and coped parapet. At road level the walls splay to ends and terminate in piers with shallow pyramidal coping stone. Abutments underpinned with concrete in late-C20. Crosses River Kemp shortly before its confluence with the River Clun.
HISTORY: Built by Matthew Stead, the younger in 1843 for £222. Haycock also designed the Clunbury Bridge (q.v.) nearby to the south.
