House. Circa mid C19. Stuccoed. Slate hipped roof with deep bracketed eaves. Rendered stacks with yellow clay pots.
PLAN: Rectangular double-depth plan with entrance on left side.
Italianate style.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys. Symmetrical 2-bay south east front with band at first floor cill level; shallow bays on ground floor with tripartite sashes with glazing bars and modillion cornices; 2-light round arch first floor windows with pilasters and narrow sashes with glazing bars. Stuccoed porch on left [south west] side with round arch, panelled door and fanlight.
INTERIOR not inspected.
