Formerly known as: Mr Perdie's Cottage CROWTHORNE ROAD.
Cottage. Late C16, altered and extended late C20.
MATERIALS: timber framed with painted brick infill, part
painted brick. Old tile gabled roof.
PLAN: rectangular plan, formerly of 2 framed bays, extended on
north-east and north-west.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys. 2 large end gable chimneys with offsets,
corniced heads and clay pots. C20, leaded casement windows.
Entrance (east) front: 3-bays, irregular. 2-light window on
first floor with 3-light window on each side. Two 3-light
windows on ground floor with single light window and part
glazed and panelled entrance door in centre. Door contained in
enclosed, projecting gabled porch.
