2 houses, now 2 shops and flats. Probably C17 with mid/late C18
facade and later alterations; comprehensive scheme of repair
c1979. Probably timber framed with pinkish-brown brick in Flemish
bond and plain tile roof, central pinkish-brown brick stack.
EXTERIOR: Gable-ends to street with central valley over
party-wall. 2 storeys plus attics, 1 first-floor window. First
floor has 1/1 horned sashes; second floor has 4/4 sashes; all in
plain reveals, with sills and flat arches of gauged brick. Ground
floor has 2 renewed Victorian-style shop fronts each with central
glazed entrance.
INTERIOR: some exposed timbers to ground floor including
chamfered transverse beam.
