Tomb of Samuel Griffith, died 1833. Possibly by John Griffith, architect of the cemetery's buildings. Portland stone altar-tomb on stepped grey granite base. Fielded panels to each face flanked by inverted torches; fluted frieze, cherub heads to corners; scrolled pedimental cover. One of the earliest monuments in the cemetery.
