Mausoleum of Captain George Aikman. 1844. By John Griffith, architect. Portland stone. Pedimented front with stone-blocked door with inscription between fluted Doric columns; wreaths in frieze above side and angle pilasters; stone roof with antefixes. History: also commemorates Col. Robert Aikman VC, hero of the Indian Mutiny.
