Barn. C18. Timber-framed on tall stone rubble plinth; weatherboarded. Gable-ended roof clad in corrugated-iron.
PLAN: 4-bay barn with opposing cart entrances to the threshing bay south of centre, with a midstrey on the west side.
EXTERIOR: East side has full-height cart entrance to left of centre. West front has gable-ended midstrey to right of centre with open-fronted lean-tos to left and right.
INTERIOR: The jowled wall-posts have short straight braces to the tie-beams. The tie-beam trusses have collars, two tiers of tenoned purlins and common-rafters with a ridgeboard. The wall-framing consists of close-studding without a midrail and with long straight braces.
