House. c1808. Red/brown brick, slate roof and plain eaves
fascia, 2 gable stacks.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys, 3-bay front with central panelled and
carved door, with margin light overlight, set in doorcase with
grooved attached half-columns and ornamental frieze, cornice
and flat leaded hood, to right a bootscraper flanked by single
plain sashes. To 1st floor 3 further plain sashes. To 2nd
floor a centre window blocked, flanked by single glazing bar
sashes. All windows have cambered heads and splayed stucco
lintels.
