House, now flats. Late C18, altered C19, C20. Red brown brick,
rendered front lined as ashlar, pantile roof, brick coped
gables, part tumbled, one reduced gable stack and a ridge
stack. T-plan.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys plus attic, 4-bay front with small stone
band at base and cellar vents beneath. Modillion eaves
cornice. To the left a broad elliptical carriage arch. To the
right a C19 4-panel door with overlight and side lights, with
broad doorcase with moulded cornice on large scrolled
brackets, flanked by single tripartite sashes. To 1st floor 4
plain sashes and to 2nd floor 4 similar windows, all with flat
heads. In the roof four 2-light dormers with segmental heads.
