2 houses, now 2 houses and shop. Early C18, with early C19 and
C20 alterations. Brick, with mainly stucco front and plain
tile roof with a gable stack. Wooden gutter on brackets. 12
has first and second floor bands. 2 and 3 storeys plus attics,
3 bays. To left, an early C19 shop window with cornice, and to
its right, a recessed 4-panel door. Above, a glazing bar sash,
C18. Above again, a 2-light casement. To right, a pilastered
wooden shopfront, C19, with recessed glazed door. Beyond, a
round headed doorway converted to a window. Above, 2 glazing
bar sashes, that to right smaller. Above again, 2 dormers with
a casement and a sliding sash.
