House front, incorporated in the County Council offices. Late
C18, restored 1926. Ashlar with slate roof and 3 side wall
stacks. Plinth, sill band, eaves cornice, plain parapet. 2
storeys, 5 bays. Windows are plain sashes. Projecting centre
with pediment containing a scroll. Central Doric porch with
pediment and C20 glazed door. Above, a sash with projecting
surround and cornice. On either side, 2 windows on each floor.
