Pair of shops, possibly purpose-built as shops and dwellings.
Early C19 with late C19 alterations. Brick with slate roofs.
Comprising 2 symmetrically-planned units. 3 storeys, 6-window
range. Late C19 shop fronts, and round-arched doorway to
passage to left, an original window with flat-arched brick
head surviving to its right. Upper windows are 12-pane sashes
with flat-arched gauged brick heads, boarded over in No.10.
6-pane sash windows to attic. Plain wood eaves cornice. Axial
and end wall stacks.
