House, now 2 dwellings. Dated 1742, later extensions. Brick
with Welsh slate roof.
2 storeys, 2-window range with central doorway in plain
architrave carrying shell hood. Small plaque with date and
initials PK over doorway. Flanking 3-light casement windows
with transoms, and deep cambered brick heads. End wall stacks.
The house is now subdivided internally to the right of the
doorway, and has been extended each side.
INTERIOR: a number of contemporary features survive, including
panelled fire cupboard door on H-hinges to ground floor left,
and a splat baluster staircase, apparently reconstructed in
rear wing.
