alterations including conversion to hotel and attics c1980s.
Stucco over brick with concealed roof.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys on basement, 5 first-floor windows. End
and central bays break forwards. Stucco detailing includes
ground-floor horizontal rustication; first-floor band; all
windows in tooled architraves (except to basement); crowning
modillion cornice, low parapet. Ground floor: breakforwards
have 6/6 between 2/2 sashes, otherwise ground and first floors
have 6/6 sashes. Second floor and basement have 3/6 sashes.
Left return (to Bayshill Road): 4 first-floor windows. End
breakforwards. Similar stucco detailing. 6/6 ground- and
first-floor windows, otherwise 3/6 sashes.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
Abuts St George's House (Kraft Offices), Bayshill Road (qv).
Occupies a good corner site in the Bayshill area.
