Two cottages, now one dwelling. Late C17 with C19 and C20
alterations. Timber- and cruck-framed with brick nogging; red
tile roofs with one coped gable, one bargeboarded; two painted
brick stacks. Two small units linked to form an L-shaped plan.
EXTERIOR: single storey with attics; 3 bays on high stone
plinth. Small framing in fairly large panels with short angle
braces. C20 fully glazed door in the link unit and further
door in gabled single-storey porch added to gable-end.
Replacement 2-light flush casements with glazing bars.
INTERIOR: chamfered spine beams, ceiling joists and wall
framing exposed internally. Cruck trusses, some mutilated.
Winder staircase.
