Farm building, now store. Late C17, with C19 alteration.
Coursed squared red sandstone part replaced by brick at rear;
slate roof with ogee moulded kneelers and stone copings.
EXTERIOR: single storey, 3 bays, built on sandstone bedrock
exposed up to 600mm above paving level on street side.
Softwood ledged and battened door, in heavy frame, 1m above
paving level. Three blocked windows, two of which are at eaves
level.
Rear has softwood double doors and blocked window.
Right gable end has softwood boarded door in a chamfered frame
and single fixed-light window near the apex.
INTERIOR: oak strutted trusses and wind-braced misshapen
purlins.
