Lodge, now offices. Circa 1880 built for Henry Stephens of Avenue House, probably by Rodgers Field. Gothic style. Stock brick with hipped slate roof and central brick chimneystack. Two storeys: irregular fenestration, mainly mullioned and transomed casements. Street front has an angled bay with pyramidal roof and a left side splayed corner gable with kneelers, finial and tripartite casement window. Entrance front has porch with round-headed arches, ornamental rainwater head and wooden gabled niche. Interior retains wooden well staircase with stick balusters. Built as part of a group with a stables and coach house.
