House. c1820-50. Stucco over brick with concealed roof and
renewed rear brick stack.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys, 3 first-floor windows. Stucco detailing
includes first-floor band; crowning frieze and cornice with
blocking course. 6/6 sashes, blind to first-floor at left, all
in plain reveals and with sills. Central entrance a 5-panel
door, the lower panels flush the upper panels raised and
fielded, with fanlight with radial glazing bars. Door has lion
mask knocker. Full-height bow to left return has two 6/6
sashes, curved on section to each floor.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: 2 window boxes to first floor have scroll
motif, similar window box to rear.
