House. c1850. By TE Owen. Stuccoed. Welsh slate roof, rendered
stack to right of 3-storey block. 3 storeys, 3 bays, with
2-storey, 2-bay extension to right. 5-panelled door at left of
2-storey extension with upper panel glazed, blinded overlight,
broad stuccoed pilasters flanking, frieze and cornice over. To
right 4-pane sash and then fixed casement with top ventilator.
To left shallow projecting plinth below 3 6-pane sashes. First
floor: extension has later 3-light diagonally leaded casement
with 4-pane sash to right. Moulded first floor sillband to
left-hand block with 3 first-floor 6-pane sashes, centre sash
with iron balcony on shaped stuccoed brackets; sillband below
3 second floor 6-pane sashes. Projecting eaves.
