Lodge. 1855 for Molyneaux family with C20 additions and
alterations. Brick with stucco and fish-scale hipped slate
roof with hexagonal central stone stack with cornice and iron
arcade decoration.
EXTERIOR: single-storey octagonal building with 2-window front
and L-plan wing to north-east. Segment-headed doorway facing
drive, plank door; windows on flanking facets: paired
casements with segmental heads; adjacent facets have blind
windows; louvred shutters. Further entrance in angle with wing
to rear a C20 door. Wide eaves with intersecting arcade
decoration. Gate lodge to Glenfall House (qv).
INTERIOR: not inspected.
