2 chest tombs. C19. Altar-type tomb chest to Charlotte
Middleton (d.1820) and Greek Revival tomb chest to Thomas
Royds (d.181-). Limestone. Altar tomb: raised panels to sides,
band, frieze, shaped cap. Royds tomb has shaped plinth, fluted
corners, shaped cornice and slab; tomb splays outwards
slightly; Thomas Royds was late of Green Hill, Lancashire.
