Farmhouse, now 2 houses. Left section late C16 to early C17
with later additions and alterations including mid C19
rendering or recasing to right gabled part. Small square
panels of timber-framing with wattle-and-daub and rendered
panels to left part, right part in painted brick with painted
panels, renewed tile roof.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys with attic to right gabled part and
basement to left part, 5 first-floor windows altogether.
Off-centre left entrance a plank door in C20 porch, further
entrance to right a glazed door. 1-, 2- and 3-light C20 metal
casement windows throughout. Roof half-hipped to left. Large
brick ridge stack off-centre right.
INTERIOR: left part reputed to have tie-beams and exposed roof
timbers. Inglenook fireplace to centre room.
