Probable manager's house of former ropery (qv). C18. Rubble
walls with segmental brick arches; slate roof with heightened
eaves; end brick stacks. Shallow-depth plan with probably 2
front rooms flanking a central entrance hall. 2 storeys;
symmetrical 3-window front. Original 12-pane hornless sash to
1st-floor left, otherwise later horned sashes. Central doorway
with 6-panel door with fielded panels.
