GV II

Fairly large detached house. Early C19. Incised stucco and
some elevations with slatehanging to upper floors; dry slate
hipped roofs; stuccoed axial and lateral stacks with modillion
cornices; cast-iron ogee gutters, some with lions' heads. Very
irregular double-depth plan.
2 storeys; 4-bay front with projecting wing on the left and
verandah in front of ground floor to other bays. Original
12-pane hornless sashes to most window openings.
