GV II

House. c1840. Stucco over brick with hipped plain-tiled roof.
2 storeys, 3-window range, the main elevation at right angles
to street. Facade to street has steep pedimented porch to
right, screening lean-to verandah which runs along main front.
Central entrance off verandah. Windows throughout renewed in
original openings, with entablatures carried on console
brackets to ground floor, stressed architraves and continuous
sill-band to first floor. Axial stacks.
