House. c1845. Yellow brick with stucco dressings; low pitched
hipped slate roof; deep eaves soffit with paired brackets.
2 storeys and basement, main front of 3 bays on return to
square. Steps up to central Ionic prostyle porch. Stucco
architraves to sash windows, those to ground-floor with margin
lights and console bracketed dentil cornice, those to 1st
floor with glazing bars and stucco sill band. 2-bay elevation
facing square.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: cast-iron railings with palmette motif
heads.
