Warehouse backing onto St Saviour's Dock, now flats. c1860,
rebuilt inside (as one with Dockhead Wharf to left) C20. Stock
brick with flat topped gable containing lunette window.
6 storeys, 3 bays. 3 segmental-arched recesses contain, above
ground floor, hatch rank (now adapted as balconies) in right
bay with hoist at 5th floor, and segmental-arched windows in
central and left bays. Similar dockside elevation.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
Good group value with other warehouses between St Saviour's
Dock and Shad Thames (qqv).
