Detached villa. c1842. Yellow brick with low pitched, hipped
slate roof with paired brackets to deep eaves soffit and
triple brackets at corners; moulded brick cornice below.
3 storeys and basement, 3 bays with 1-storey and basement
extension to right, 2-storey and basement extension to left.
Colossal brick pilasters on 2 planes rise up between windows
through all floors, their stucco capitals supporting eaves
brackets. Projecting stucco porch with pilasters, entablature
and segmental-arched entrance in left hand bay. Flat,
gauged-brick arches to sash windows with blind boxes, those on
ground floor with brick keys and left hand 2 on 2nd floor with
margin lights. Brick string above ground-floor windows.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
Nos 93-97 (odd) (qqv) form a group.
