3 houses. c1842-1845. Yellow brick; low pitched slate roof
with deep eaves soffit (missing to left bay of No.4) with
paired brackets.
2 storeys and basement; Nos 3 & 4, 2 bays each, No.2, 3 bays.
Steps up to round-headed doorways with moulded stucco
architraves and plain fanlights. Flat, gauged-brick arches to
sash windows with glazing bars; stucco bands at ground-floor
and 1st-floor sills. Flat pilaster strips between houses at
1st-floor level. Group appears somewhat altered.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
Nos 2-4 (consec) form a group with Nos 230-252 (even)
Camberwell New Road (qv).
