House. Early C19 or earlier. Painted roughcast; asbestos slate
roof, gabled at ends; stacks not visible from front. One room
wide, 2 rooms deep with an entrance on the left return from
within a passageway of the street.
2 storeys. Asymmetrical one-window range. Passageway to left
has C19 floor tiles and extends to rear courtyard. 4-panel
front door. Front elevation (to street) has probably late C19
ground-floor canted bay with timber cornice, glazed with
2-pane horned sashes. First floor has horned one over one-pane
sash with margin panes. INTERIOR not inspected.
