House. Probably late C18. Painted brick front in Flemish bond.
Slated roof. Old red brick chimney on each gable end, the
upper courses stepped to form tapered caps. 2 storeys.
3-window range. Centre doorway with panelled flanking
pilasters and entablature; door with 6 ovolo-moulded panels;
patterned fanlight. Windows have segmental gauged brick arches
and barred sashes in moulded box-frames; 8 over 8 panes in
ground storey, 6 over 6 panes in upper storey. Small boxed
eaves cornice. INTERIOR not inspected.
