House, now shop. Early C19. Solid rendered front. Roof not
visible from street. 3 storeys. 2-window range. Ground storey
and lower part of 2nd storey wholly altered; late C20 shop
front inserted. Second storey has segmental-headed windows
with moulded architraves and tall keystones; 6-paned sashes.
Between them and at either end, but clearly intended to drop
to first-floor level originally, are Doric pilasters
surmounted by a modillioned cornice. Third storey similar in
character, but with round-arched windows (now blind) and no
continued cills. Pilasters support a triangular pediment with
2 sprays of foliage in the centre forming an oval panel.
INTERIOR not inspected.
