Section of former boundary wall to churchyard. Probably
earlier C18. Coursed squared sandstone rubble with rounded
coping. Approximately 3.5m long and 3m high. Left end
incorporates rectangular stone plaque (partially covered by
C20 wall) inscribed: "William Bolton / John Rigby / Church
Wardens / 17[?]1" (partly illegible). Forms group with Church
of All Saints (qv).
