House, formerly 2 cottages. Late C17 altered and enlarged C19
and C20. Narrow coursed millstone grit with ashlar dressings,
stone slate roofs with overhanging eaves and 2 stone stacks
with moulded caps.
PLAN: original 3-unit, single depth plan.
EXTERIOR: 2 storey. Street front has 3 window range.
Off-centre doorway with C20 door flanked by single 3-light
flush mullion windows with casements. Above two 3-light flush
mullion windows with casements at eaves level. To left gabled
extension, single storey with attic, has 16-pane casement and
above 4-pane attic window.
Left return has doorway with C20 door and 2-light flush
mullion window, above similar 3-light mullion window.
Right return blank.
Rear elevation with outshot and scattered fenestration, much
altered.
