2 houses and attached barn to rear. Mid C18 with C20
alterations. Coursed millstone grit with ashlar dressings,
graduated stone slate roofs with stone stacks, the central one
rendered.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys. Raised and coped parapet. Street front
has 7 windows arranged 3:4.
No.107 has off-centre round headed doorway with C20 door and
fanlight plus painted ashlar surround with brackets and
moulded flat hood. To left 2 and to right a single C20 bow
window in painted flush ashlar surrounds, above four 2-light
casements with glazing bars in similar surrounds.
No.105 has to left a doorway with C20 glazed door in flush
ashlar surround linked to tall stair window above with glazing
bars. To left a blocked doorway with pilastered ashlar
surround flanked by single C20 bow windows in flush ashlar
surrounds. Above two C20 glazing bar windows.
Left return has blocked doorway to first floor right, over
blocked cellar opening. Plinth.
Rear elevation has 3-light mullion window and round headed
staircase window in ashlar surround with keystone and original
glazing bars, now partly obscured by C20 single storey
extension. Either side above single 2-light casements with
glazing bars in flush ashlar surrounds.
Attached barn to rear of No.107 has ventilation slits and
scattered openings that include 2 segmental openings, that to
right blocked, flanking one with rusticated surround and C20
projecting porch. Single storey extension in angle of the main
range and barn. Flat roof extension to barn.
