House, now 2 houses. Late C17 with C20 alterations and
additions. Roughly coursed millstone grit with tooled ashlar
dressings and stone slate roof. Single stone and brick stacks.
PLAN: single depth range with crosswing to rear.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys. Street front has 3 windows. To right
single 5-light window with 2 central mullions and to left two
3-light mullion windows. Either side single doorways with C20
glazed doors, that to right with projecting stone porch topped
with shaped ashlar gable. Above to right two 4-light windows
with central mullions and to left single 3-light window, all
at eaves level. All windows have chamfered ashlar surrounds.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
