Small farmhouse, now house. Probably early to mid C18;
altered. Mixed random rubble with quoins, slate roof.
Single-depth plan, probably 2 small units, plus a large
lean-to extension to the east gable.
2 storeys, 2+2 windows, with a stone-slate drip-course over
the ground floor (interrupted by the porch); a wide gabled
porch offset slightly right, with a square-headed outer
opening and inner doorway with a panelled door, and
side-benches; a square 6-pane window to the left, a
rectangular 4-pane window to the right and 2 similar windows
above (all now top-hung casements. Large square corbelled
chimney at left gable, with 2 stone-slate bands carried round;
added gable chimney to right. Lean-to extension has 2 square
4-pane windows. Rear and interior not inspected.
