Stable, now shippon. Probably late C17 or early C18, but
incorporating some earlier fabric. Coursed rubble with large
quoins, the east front white-washed; stone slate roof.
Rectangular plan on north-south axis, probably 2 structural
bays. 2 storeys; oblong window near each end of ground floor,
with stone slate drip-bands, 2 windows or loading doors in
centre of upper floor; ball finial on south gable. North gable
wall linked to house at 1st floor; doorway in this end. The
rear (west) wall incorporates an extremely steeply pitched
gable wall of a former single-storey building (probably cruck
framed). INTERIOR not inspected.
Forms group with Low House (qv) and garden shelter approx. 50m
south (qv).
